Our parking enforcement module provides the capability of managing the entire lifecycle of a ticket issued to a motorist for a parking contravention or violation.
From ticket issue by hand-written ticket or mobile
computer ticket print through to debt recovery via
the court system and bailiffs, the system caters
for all events that can occur for a ticket. Incoming
correspondence handling and production of outgoing
correspondence (printed or electronic) along with payment management
tools are standard within the system along with
comprehensive management reporting.
Ticket category examples include vehicle (parking - in person or via anpr, vehicle emissions, moving traffic etc.), animal (dog fouling, unlicenced owner etc.), local law & environmental (littering, fly tipping, graffiti etc.).

module allows both vehicular
and non-vehicular licences - printed or virtual - to be securely issued
along with full financial
reconcilation and reporting.

Mobile ticketing with real-time data look-up for persistent evaders, permit holders and special vehicles.
Data validation ensures officer mistakes cannot
be made - date and time can be automatically
synchronised from the main mobile network, key data such
as vehicle makes and colours are pre-defined centrally
and can only be selected from drop down ‘pick lists’
to minimise errors. Vehicle white and black lists can be
accommodated along with vehicular observations data
capture. Permit validation in real time ensures
that tickets are not issued to authorised permit
holders in error.
